    Tim Critchley - CEO

    Tim is an experienced director of technology start-ups in both product and service focused sectors. He spent 6 years with database marketing specialist, Conduit Communications before co-founding Pogo Technology, an innovative start-up that launched one of the first web-browsing handheld devices in the UK through Carphone Warehouse. Prior to joining Semafone, he was COO at KnowledgePool Group, the UK's leading provider of managed learning services where he helped complete a successful turnaround in 3 years. Tim graduated from the London School of Economics and has an MBA from Manchester Business School.

    Mick Beadle - Operations Director

    Between 1992 and 2007 Mick was at SITEL, one of the world's leading contact centre outsourcers. During this time, Mick gained a diverse knowledge of all business unit functions having held management positions in IT, HR, Sales and Operations, with the final 5 years managing the Programme Office responsible for many change programmes, including a number of major projects taking call centres 'off-shore' to India and the Philippines. Between 2007 and 2009 Mick was commissioned as a consultant in contact centre services for companies such as First Data, Careline Services and Pell and Bales, before accepting his current position with Semafone.

    Nick Lawson - Finance Director

    Following an eight year career with Inchcape in the 1990s, which culminated in the post of Finance Director of Chrysler Jeep Imports UK, Nick has concentrated largely on working as a freelance Finance Director with start-ups and young, growing businesses in a range of sectors. He has significant exposure to venture capital and private equity backed businesses and the formal processes of securing inward investment. Nick is a graduate of Oxford University and is a chartered accountant (ACA).

    Stephen Owen - CTO

    Stephen is an innovative, market-led CTO with over 19 years hands-on experience in product development, systems design and team leadership for both start-up and established FTSE-100 companies in the telecommunication and call centre sectors.

    Stephen was the founder of Babel Telecom which was the leading light in hosted call centre applications and served the top leading outsourced call centres in UK, Europe and India.

    Stephen graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc Software Engineering.

  • Graham

    Graham Thompson - Sales & Marketing Director

    Graham brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience much of this in early technology start-ups. Graham leads the charge in Semafone's sales effort embracing the early adopters of Semafone's innovative solution.

    Prior to joining Semafone, Graham was Vice President of Sales for ClusterSeven, where he was responsible for securing premier investment banking clients including Citibank, UBS, Dresdner, Rabobank, RBS, Mitsubishi Bank and Credit Suisse. After establishing ClustSeven in the UK Graham successfully launched ClusterSeven in the US aiding multiple organizations to meet their compliance obligations.

    Previously Graham was resident in North America for twelve years working for a number of start-up software companies in the roles of CEO and VP of Sales including R&O, InCert Software, Delos Technology and Global Software. Graham started his career within the IT department of Shell UK Oil.

    Graham holds a BSc in Computer Science from Portsmouth University.
