Agent Assist

AgentAssist is the simplest of the application integration options. It is ideal for pilot implementations, or where the primary business driver is simply to meet the PCI Data Security Standards and nothing more.

Semafone collects the credit card number from the caller via DTMF tones, which are then masked to ensure they are not captured on the call recording system – thereby complying with PCI DSS.

The agent is presented with a web page containing the card details, which are then cut-and-pasted by the agent into the appropriate fields of your existing CRM payment application. No additional software needs to be installed on the agent’s desktop and no integration is required with any existing desktop applications.
