What’s more, the agent does not need to key-in the card information at all, so there is less keyboard entry required.

The AutoFill software is loaded onto the agent’s desktop computer and ‘trained’ to emulate the agent’s keystrokes when processing a payment. These keystrokes can include navigation between screens and menus, and even starting the application in the first place. On-screen entry can be in plain view of the agent (with card details represented by **** if supported within the application), or completely hidden from the desktop.
