Implementation
Implementation of Semafone is extremely straightforward and we will support you every step of the way. The Semafone deployment methodology has 4 key stages, though an implementation project may take a single or multi-phased approach. In the case of the latter, the project lifecycle may run several times with each phase delivering a distinct business benefit. By following a program of work that effectively manages the change to People, Processes & Technology, we can deliver a fast and well rounded solution that meets your business goals, on-time and within budget.
Deployment Methodology
Semafone’s deployment methodology for our call centre security solution has four key stages.
The Stages of Deployment
Stage 1 - Definition:
During the Definition stage we ensure we have all the essential preparatory information in place, technical designs, project objectives, definitions of success, project plans, etc - as well as a thorough understanding of the business problem we are trying to address.
Stage 2 – Test & Pilot:
Conducting a small scale pilot early in the project, limited to a small group of agents and call types, it allows us to move from the drawing board and into a real working scenario quickly. We are able to test the three facets of the solution, people, business processes & technology, side-by-side. This approach enables a fast way for your business to prove the Semafone concept whilst minimising the risks of a full-scale launch.
Stage 3 – Production:
Following a successful pilot and post pilot review we move to full deployment into a production environment. The small scale architecture used for the Pilot system may need to be upgraded to allow for larger scale deployment and the introduction of full resilience.
Stage 4 – Transition:
The transition stage is the point where the project team formally handover full responsibility to the operational teams that will support the solution going forward. Once confirmation that the solution has achieved its business goals and has met, or is on course to meeting its business case objectives, the project team can disband or in the case of a multi-phase project, the team can continue the other phases.
